Fiduciary Services Fees
California Professional Fiduciaries are required to post their fee schedule.
For fiduciary-related services as a health care decision maker, an executor, or a private trustee in trust administration, Kate's hourly fee is $165. (2024)
For services as a private trustee for trust administration or personal representative in a probate administration, Kate's fees will be determined on a case by case basis at a reasonable amount depending upon the complexity of the trust and/or services needed.
Reasonable fees may be determined by the court and/or may be determined by reference to the statutorily established executor fees based upon the asset value of the estate, as of 2023:

- 4% on the first $100,000
- 3% on the next $100,000
- 2% on the next $800,000
- 1% on the next $9,000,000
- 0.5% on the next $15,000,000
- For all amounts above $25,000,000, the court will determine a reasonable compensation amount.
