360 Review: Open Feedback Loop for Kate Michi Ettinger

Getting feedback is one of the most valuable opportunities for personal and professional development.  Yet, too often, finding the time and the context means that valuable feedback and insight get lost.  I decided to create this open feedback form, so that people could provide feedback when they have a chance, whether it is fresh or long after the fact.  I appreciate the opportunity to learn and grow, so please be candid and direct. Critiques may not be perfected overnight as I experiment with new strategies to improve and seek ongoing feedback.  I appreciate your patience and participation in the realization of my greatest potential.  Thank you for your time.
